Neil Morehead, Emergency Medical Preparedness instructor, has received special recognition as the WV HOSA Outstanding Advisor. Each year an advisor is recognized for the time and effort they expend to provide successful HOSA chapter activities for their members. When asked what this award means to him, Mr. Morehead replied, "It means more to me than I can express. My students and I have reached a high level of success. My goal since starting this job in 2006 was to provide students with a real-world experience to prepare them for careers in the medical field. HOSA allows students to compete and demonstrate the skills I have taught. This really is a great honor."
