Ada Chen is a student in the multimedia publishing program at Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. She decided to pursue this career and technical education (CTE) program due to her passion for digital tools and expressing her creativity. This program offers her a unique opportunity to explore the creative process beyond the confines of a traditional classroom, equipping her with valuable skills for her future career. Within this program, Ada can acquire proficiency in industry-standard software and attain certificates highlighting her expertise. Over the summer, Ada secured an internship with Ritchie Regional Health Center (RRHC). The organization shared her accomplishments on their social media platform. Ada aspires to be a graphic designer, and her work played a pivotal role in reshaping the center’s image, including a logo redesign, a makeover of office signage, and filming and editing RRHC’s National Health Center Video. Her most noteworthy achievement was crafting Ritchie, the center’s charming mascot, which she is pictured holding.
